CRM Web Application

for CPQ implementation

I was the only UX designer in the team, along with one visual designer. My role was to work closely with our manager, senior manager, to capture the requirements and senior developers on the iterative application development.

To maintain the anonymity of client and users, I have omitted and modified confidential information in this case study.

Client Description

The client is a US-based subsidiary of a Japanese multinational technology company headquartered in Tokyo with offices in 49 countries worldwide. The company manufactures business and industrial imaging products, including copiers, laser printers, multi-functional peripherals (MFPs) and digital print systems for the production printing market.

User Experience &  User Interface

To validate the user flow and design the user experience, I sketched out different screens and interactions. Paper sketches helped me iterate the design concept quickly.

I worked with one visual designer on user interface design. Part of my job was planning design sprint, collaborating with a visual designer, keeping track of the design team's progress and presenting designs to the team. In the later stage of the project, I was the only designer on the project, and I was handling UX and UI by my self. I worked closely with the entire development team during the application development process.

To maintain the confidentiality of the project I am not sharing any UX work of the project.
